Elsewhere, use your local water provider and municipality; contact your own electricity and gas suppliers for their account process.
The checklist
Record meter readings on moving day

Contact each provider separately
Customer numbers, address and property details as required by each provider.
Changing your Population Registry address does not guarantee changing the holder of each account.
Update the local authority
Lease or ownership document as required by the authority.
Each local authority may use its own form and procedure.
Keep closure and opening confirmations
Confirmations and final bills.
If a charge is incorrect, contact the provider or authority with the supporting records.
